There’s a zine in the works, the brainchild of a hyper-intelligent and super-fun woman:  Amanda McParty!  Inspired by the attitude of Sassy magazine and the wildly creative spirit of punk zines, a small collective of feminist ladies and dude are combining forces to create a brainbomb of rad ideas.

I’m psyched to be a part of the clique.  One of my additions is a comic strip about the tribulations of an experimental feminist art band. The idea’s been kicking around for years, but the biggest problem I face is one bands have wrestled with for years:  what to name the group?
